These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NoirFleet website and your booking and use of our chauffeur and ground transportation services. By browsing this site, requesting a quote, or reserving a ride with NoirFleet Limousine LLC, you agree to the terms set out on this page.
A quote reflects the trip exactly as you describe it when you ask — where you start and finish, the day and time, the vehicle, how many passengers and bags are coming, any extra stops or expected waiting, and anything special you have requested — so the price can move if those details change. Asking for a quote does not hold a car; a booking is locked in only once NoirFleet confirms it by phone, text, email, or through the online system. Because we work from the information you give us, including the carrier, airport, terminal, and flight number on airport runs, NoirFleet cannot be held responsible for a late or missed pickup that follows from details that were wrong or missing at the time of booking.
A fare may be a flat rate, an hourly rate, or a figure built from distance, time, the vehicle, or the type of service, and real-world costs such as tolls, parking, airport access fees, time spent waiting, an added stop, late-night or holiday hours, or any clean-up the trip leaves behind can be added on top. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our independent third-party provider; card details are entered directly into Stripe's encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant platform and are never routed through, stored on, or accessible to NoirFleet's own systems, so the security of your card data rests with Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorize NoirFleet Limousine LLC, acting through Stripe, to keep your card on file and charge it — including after your trip and without re-entering your details — for the confirmed fare and any additional approved amounts such as wait time, stops, tolls, cleaning or damage, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Cancellation terms, no-show charges, and complimentary airport wait windows are described in the NoirFleet Cancellation Policy.
Every passenger is expected to ride safely and to treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect; smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not allowed in any vehicle, and the cost of cleaning or repairing a car afterward may be billed to the booking. Conditions outside our control — heavy traffic, severe weather, closures, accidents, airport ground stops, mechanical faults, and the like — can delay a trip, and NoirFleet cannot be held liable for them; so far as the law allows, our liability for any claim tied to a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip.
