Our airport service tracks every flight from wheels-up at origin to wheels-down in Chicago. If your flight is early, your chauffeur is already curbside; if it is hours late, your reservation simply waits — no rebooking, no surge multiplier, no extra fee. Domestic arrivals receive 45 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals receive 60 minutes, which covers customs and baggage on all but the longest evenings. International arrivals at O'Hare are met just outside the Terminal 5 customs exit.
Flat-rate pricing is published before you confirm. A typical Loop-to-ORD sedan transfer is priced as a single line item with gratuity shown separately so you see the all-in fare before authorizing your card. We do not run a surge multiplier on weather, holidays, sports finals, or convention weeks. Vehicle options include executive sedan for one or two passengers, full-size SUV for three to six with luggage, and Sprinter for groups or extra cargo.
Bookings for pickup as soon as 60 minutes from now are accepted subject to vehicle availability. For early-morning departures before 6 a.m., we recommend booking at least the night before to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. If your flight is canceled or rerouted, contact dispatch at (773) 448-2320 as early as possible and we will rebook you on the next available time. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are refunded in full.
