This page explains, in plain English, what NoirFleet Limousine LLC collects when you use this website or book a ride, what we do with it, and who else sees it. It covers booking details, payment through Stripe, the analytics and advertising tags this site runs, phone calls, how long we keep things, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
To book a ride we collect your name, email address, and phone number, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, the passenger and luggage counts, the vehicle class, your flight number for airport work, and any trip notes you write. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe: your card number is typed into Stripe's own form and goes straight to Stripe, so it never passes through and is never stored on NoirFleet's systems. We use all of this to fulfil the ride, to confirm it and keep you posted by email, text, or WhatsApp, to answer support questions, to prevent fraud, and to keep our accounting records.
This site runs Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity, and none of them run anywhere but www.noirfleet.us. Analytics records the pages you view and each step you complete in the booking form. When a booking is confirmed, the ad conversion data sent to Google Ads and to Meta includes the booking value and the booking reference number as the transaction id. Clarity records and replays your session on the public site. The site also stores the ad click identifier that brought you here for 90 days, and sends the addresses you type to Google Maps for address suggestions and drive-time.
Calls to the number in our ads may be routed through a Google forwarding number, which logs the number you are calling from and how long the call lasted. If that call becomes a booking, your phone number and the call start time go to Google Ads in our call conversion file. We do not record or transcribe calls and we do not use an AI phone agent - a person on our Chicago dispatch answers.
We share your information with Stripe for payment, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads for measurement and advertising, Google Maps Platform for addresses and drive-time, Google Fonts for typefaces, Meta for advertising, Microsoft Clarity for session replay, Microsoft 365 for sending email, MongoDB Atlas for storage, Vercel for hosting, and your assigned chauffeur so they can complete the trip. We do not sell your information. Bookings and receipts are kept for accounting; analytics data is held under each provider's own default retention. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you can request a copy or a deletion of your information by emailing info@noirfleet.us or calling (773) 448-2320.
