For airport pickups, please share your flight number when booking so dispatch can monitor the gate in real time and adjust your driver's arrival to match early or delayed flights. International arrivals automatically receive 60 minutes of complimentary wait time; domestic arrivals receive 45 minutes. If your flight is canceled or rerouted, contact dispatch as early as possible and we will rebook you on the next available time.
Corporate accounts can be set up by sending us your billing entity, preferred payment method, and any standing pickup locations — we will return a signed service agreement and authorized rider list within one business day. Monthly consolidated invoicing, cost-center codes, and weekly utilization reports are standard for corporate clients. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and direct billing for established accounts.
Wedding and event coordinators can request a single point-of-contact who manages the timeline, vehicle staging, and final invoicing. For multi-vehicle events we will provide a written run-of-show and a dedicated dispatch lead reachable during the event.
