This policy explains how NoirFleet Limousine LLC handles cancellations, reservation changes, no-shows, wait time, and airport delays across our chauffeur, black car, SUV, airport transfer, hourly, and private transportation services in Chicagoland. By reserving a ride with NoirFleet, you accept the terms set out on this page.
Tell our Chicago dispatch as early as you can if you need to cancel or change a booking — the more notice we have, the easier it is to release the car at no cost to you. Whether a fee applies, and how much, comes down to the booking: the service and vehicle reserved, the pickup point, how far the trip runs, the type of occasion, and how near to pickup the cancellation reaches us. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup are refunded in full. A same-day cancellation can carry a fee once a chauffeur and car have been committed to your trip, since that covers the driver's reserved time, vehicle preparation, and the slot we held open.
We treat a booking as a no-show when, a reasonable while after the scheduled pickup, the passenger has not appeared and we cannot reach them or hear back; a no-show may be billed at the full fare. On airport runs, the airline, airport, terminal, and flight number you provide are what we work from — we watch flight status where the data is available, but a heads-up from you about a cancelled flight, a missed connection, or a new landing time still helps us reshape the reservation wherever availability allows.
Changes to a booking depend on what we have free at the time — moving the pickup time, switching the pickup point or destination, changing the class of car, adjusting passenger or luggage counts, adding or dropping stops, or extending an hourly hire — and an extra charge may follow when a change adds miles, road time, wait time, or scheduling on our side. Hourly and special-event bookings usually need more notice, and event deposits may be non-refundable.
